The Thinkers50 2023 Leadership Award, presented in partnership with ExecOnline, went to Kirstin Ferguson at the Thinkers50 Awards Gala held in London’s Guildhall.

Kirstin champions emotionally intelligent leadership, and authored ‘Head & Heart: The Art of Modern Leadership’, which was featured on the Thinkers50 2023 Best New Management Booklist. She is also co-author of ‘Women Kind: Unlocking the Power of Women Supporting Women’.
