Dr Kirstin Ferguson is an independent, non-executive director with extensive experience on publicly listed, private company and government boards. Kirstin currently sits on the following boards –

Kirstin has contributed to the community through numerous voluntary roles including having been a board member of Layne Beachley’s Foundation, SheStarts, Queensland Theatre Company, Queensland Rugby Union, a mentor with Science and Technology Australia’s Superstars of STEM program and she was the Chair of the Women’s Agenda Leadership Awards.

Kirstin also spent many years in a professional services environment as a senior executive with the international law firm Norton Rose Fulbright (then known as Deacons). Kirstin was the Director of Corporate Services and sat on the firm’s Executive Committee, and also worked closely with the CEO and board of directors on strategy development.
Kirstin began her executive career as an Administration Officer in the Royal Australian Air Force after graduating Dux of her Air Force graduating class at the Australian Defence Force Academy. On graduation, Kirstin was posted to an F-111 Squadron at RAAF Base Amberley as an Administration Officer.
