Deborah Knight caught up with leadership expert and consultant Kirstin Ferguson about her new book ‘The Art of Modern Leadership: Head & Heart’ and the upcoming NSW election.

Something important that can be taken from this book is that we can all be our own leaders, and that it doesn’t always apply to politicians or formal authorities, and really important sounding positions. Kirstin expresses that “we are all leaders”, and “every moment is an opportunity to be an effective leader”.
