Leadership Q&A series

How it all began

During the COVID-19 pandemic, while we were all working from home, I wrote about the need for leaders to show courage as they led through the unprecedented crisis.

On reflection, I thought I had better demonstrate some courage myself and decided to post my first ever video to LinkedIn where I considered some of the qualities of leadership I felt all leaders needed to demonstrate while people were anxious and unclear about the future.

This video soon led to people asking me their own questions about leadership and before long I was happily taking leadership questions from around the world.

I hope you find the videos helpful and if you have your own question, please don’t hesitate to send it in using the form on this page and I will do my best to respond.

Many thanks to the dozens of people from different countries who have all sent in questions so far.
